| Waverly "Goes Condo"

On any given day in any restaurant,
meeting, happy hour, or board room, developers and real
estate speculators speak in hushed whispers about which
Downtown residential projects are “going condo.”
In a similarly quiet fashion, Waverly at Las Olas recently
“went condo,” quickly selling approximately
one-third of their 304 units, converting many current
leaseholders into buyers.

quickly to the news that the Waverly at Las Olas in
Fort Lauderdale was converting to condominiums, selling
nearly half of its 304 luxurious units within the first
six weeks.
